Soul Vida TV Waiver of Liability and Release
I acknowledge that the activities and services provided by Soul Vida Fit Pty Ltd, and/or Soul Vida Enterprises Pty Ltd, (collectively the ’Soul Vida’) and any other persons acting in any capacity on behalf of the company and/ or providing services (‘services’ provided by Soul Vida) involve physical exercise and/or lifestyle modifications that can vary in intensity and may cause injury.
I understand that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in any mind body exercise, sport, recreational, lifestyle and or well-being activity, including the services provided by Soul Vida. I acknowledge that my participation in the services is a voluntary activity and I assume all risks of injury and illness that may potentially result from the Services.
In consideration of Soul Vida, and all other persons acting in any capacity on behalf of the company in providing the Services, along with the owner /owners of the premises in which the Services are provided, their respective insurers, representatives, successors, heirs, assigns (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”), I hereby waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law and on behalf of myself, my heirs, my representatives, my assigns (collectively referred to as the ‘’Released Parties“) and all other persons acting on my behalf in any capacity from ANY and ALL liability, claims, and causes of action potentially arising from my participation in Soul Vida’s “Services” including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues, financial, injuries, illness and death and damages or losses of any kind (economic and non-economic) which I may experience or have on account of my participation in the “Services” (“services’ provided by Soul Vida) regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or part, from the negligence of any Released Party.
I further agree to indemnify and release the Released Parties from any claims, all liabilities and causes of action of any nature whatsoever resulting from illness or injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic) or loss, including legal fees, sustained by me in any way associated or in connection with my participation in the “Services” provided by Soul Vida or resulting from my breach of any terms and conditions within this document.
I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with a medical practitioner before undertaking any exercise or lifestyle program, including the Services offered by Soul Vida. I certify that I am in good health and of sound mind and body to participate in the “services’ offered by Soul Vida.
I acknowledge that I am wholly responsible for any outcome and result, physical, emotional, mental spiritual or otherwise) from participating in the Services provided by Soul Vida. I acknowledge that the “Released Parties” are not liable, nor responsible for any loss, theft of any personal property brought by me or left by me at any Service provided by Soul Vida and I hereby release the “Released Parties” from any liability for such theft or loss.
I acknowledge that all purchases and payments are final and no refunds apply. I fully accept that I am solely responsible for my subscription choice, costs, outcomes, use or non-use of my subscription, while my subscription remains active. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all subscription payments while my subscription remains active. In the event that I choose to cancel my subscription no refund on any unused time, remaining on my subscription will be issued and I hereby release the ‘Released Parties’ from any liability or financial responsibility, for the duration of my subscription and in the event of cancellation.
I agree to NOT photograph, copy, record or broadcast any portion of any of the Services provided by Soul Vida. I acknowledge that Soul Vida owns the copyright to all written, digital, photographic or other tangible materials used in any Service provided by Soul Vida and my participation is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes whatsoever.
I AGREE and ACKNOWLEDGE that I fully understand and ACCEPT this Waiver of Liability and have read it in full.
